This consult will help me assess your needs and set a goal. I will give general information about the way I can help support your child or teenager.

Home visit

I offer 60 minute home visits (50 minutes of working with your child and 10 minutes to debrief with parent after session). The number of visits will depend on your child or family’s need. Is this a new medical diagnosis in your family? Does your child struggle with medical appointments or procedures? During these visits I will provide developmentally appropriate information as well as a therapeutic activities.

30-60 minute video session

Does your child need prepared for upcoming vaccinations, a procedure, or surgery? I can provide a session over video chat to prepare your child, create a coping plan, and ensure your child feels ready for the challenge ahead.

I also provide telehealth sessions to support a child or teenager’s coping with a parent, sibling, or personal illness or injury. These sessions last about 50 minutes.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

I am available to provide a professional development session or parent education session. I can also provide teddy bear clinics to preschools to help normalize doctor appointments and medical procedures.

Group SUPPORT

Are their multiple kids that need prepared for upcoming vaccinations? I can provide a one hour group preparation and medical play session to help kids master their coping skills for their upcoming vaccination.

*Please reach out for information on fees. I work with multiple non-profits who may cover services for a family depending on the diagnosis. I also provide a sliding scale for families, as needed.
